1 c. vinegar, lump butter – boil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 eggs well beaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix well:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 tbsp. sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tbsp. flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp. dry mustard<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp. salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 tsp. black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add to eggs – pour vinegar over this<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add slowly 1 c. milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cook until thickens<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add celery seed to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n
