2 egg yolks, beaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2 egg whites, beaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3 to 4 t. melted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sift dry ingredients, add milk, egg yolks, butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fold in egg whites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Makes 8 to 12 waffles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Use sour milk & add 1\/4 t. [baking] soda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
