Emily Dashes ·

A blackout poem made from a page of poetry by Emily Dickinson. The page is scribbled over with dark green pen, except for the words forming the blackout poem, which are circled. Several items are collaged onto the page: a Tootsie Roll wrapper, a Gildan t-shirt tag, a yellow TrainVintage clothing tag, a picture of a harp, a plaid red strip of paper, a red maple leaf, a bobby pin, and a faded black-and-white vintage photo of a man and a woman on a bike. The entire page is covered in clear plastic wrap.
