A presentation on the findings of interviews with people working in or with education policy, aimed at helping students interested in this field.
Through eight interviews with professionals currently working in education policy, we look at what skills are necessary for undergraduates interested in working in this field after graduation. Some of the themes that came up in our research include the importance of direct service, building relationships, and keeping up to date with the latest news.
