Stuck on something strange? Google it! When you google a question, like “how to add a custom header in WordPress Cubic,” make sure to include the theme you are using (in this case, Cubic). Tutorials can be theme-specific.

Finding Free-to-Use Images

If you can find an image that you like and you know for sure is free to use – that is always the best way to go. Some suggestions for finding these:

• Best Practices for Citing Creative Commons Images
• Pixabay.com – a public domain image resource

Embedding Videos

Embed Streaming Video. You can automatically embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo, and many other sources just by posting the link. Find instructions for embedding with a link here.

Working with Your Own Videos. If you’d like to embed your own video in a page on this blog, upload it to YouTube, Vimeo, or another service first.
