this podcast, I introduce Turkish Mushroom Soup from my mother&#8217;s side of the family, Gumbo from my father&#8217;s side of the family, and how my relationship with these two soups reflects my 400\">\u5927\u5bb6\u597d\uff0c\u6211\u662f\u987e\u963f\u6885\u3002\u6211\u5e0c\u671b\u4f60\u7684\u661f\u671f\u4e94\u8fc7\u5f97\u5f88\u597d\uff0c\u5403\u4e86\u5f88\u597d\u5403\u7684\u996d\u3002\u8c22\u8c22\u4f60\u6765\u542c\u6211\u7684\u64ad\u5ba2\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u661f\u671f\u4e94\u6211\u60f3\u8bf4\u8bf4\u6211\u5bb6\u559c\u6b22\u5403\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5f97\u7528\u98df\u7269\u6765\u5f62\u5bb9\u4f60\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\u8ba4\u540c\uff0c\u4f60\u4f1a\u9009\u4ec0\u4e48\u83dc\uff1f\u662f\u8fa3\u7684\u5473\u9053\u5417\uff1f\u8fd8\u662f\u751c\u7684\u5473\u9053\uff1f \u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u9053\u4e16\u4ee3\u6d41\u4f20\u7684\u83dc\u5417\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u6211\u5f97\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u6211\u80af\u5b9a\u5f97\u9009\u4e24\u9053\u83dc\uff0c\u4e00\u9053\u6765\u81ea\u7238\u7238\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\uff0c\u4e00\u9053\u6765\u81ea\u5988\u5988\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u4e3a\u4e86\u5f62\u5bb9\u6211\u5988\u5988\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\uff0c \u6211\u9009\u6211\u5988\u5988\u5e38\u5e38\u505a\u7684\u571f\u8033\u5176\u8611\u83c7\u6c64\u3002\u6211\u5988\u5988\u548c\u5916\u5a46\u90fd\u6765\u81ea\u571f\u8033\u5176\u3002\u5728\u6211\u6210\u957f\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4e00\u76f4\u542c\u6211\u5988\u5988\u8bf4\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6210\u957f\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u3002\u6211\u53ea\u53bb\u8fc7\u4e00\u6b21\u571f\u8033\u5176\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u8bf4\u571f\u8033\u5176\u8bed\uff0c\u6211\u867d\u7136\u542c\u8bf4\u8fc7\u6211\u7684\u571f\u8033\u5176\u4eb2\u621a\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u53ef\u662f\u6211\u6ca1\u89c1\u8fc7\u4ed6\u4eec\u3002 \u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6211\u5988\u5988\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u4ee4\u6211\u611f\u89c9\u6211\u8ddf\u6211\u7684\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5bb6\u5ead\u5f88\u4eb2\u8fd1\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u4e00\u4e2a\u8ba9\u6211\u89c9\u5f97\u5f88\u4eb2\u8fd1\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u6211\u5988\u5988\u505a\u7684\u996d\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5979\u7684\u8611\u83c7\u6c64\u3002<\/span>\u00a0\u65e0\u8bba\u5728\u54ea\u4e2a\u5b63\u8282\uff0c\u5929\u6c14\u70ed\u8fd8\u662f\u51b7\uff0c\u6211\u90fd\u613f\u610f\u559d\u5979\u7684\u8611\u83c7\u6c64\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img 400\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u8611\u83c7\u6c64\u5f88\u50cf\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5976\u6cb9\u8611\u83c7\u6c64\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u571f\u8033\u5176\u8611\u83c7\u6c64\u591a\u4e86\u6a44\u6984\u6cb9\u3001\u8584\u8377\u3001\u548c\u67e0\u6aac\u6c41\u3002\u725b\u5976\u5e38\u5e38\u8ba9\u6c64\u6bd4\u8f83\u6d53\u90c1\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6750\u6599\u8ba9\u6c64\u5403\u8d77\u6765\u5f88\u6e05\u6de1\u3002\u6211\u8fd8\u8bb0\u5f97\u590f\u5929\u6e38\u6cf3\u4ee5\u540e\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u51ac\u5929\u5929\u6c14\u5f88\u51b7\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u6211\u8ddf\u6211\u5988\u5988\u505a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6c64\u3002\u4e00<\/span>\u559d\u5230\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6c64\uff0c\u6211\u5c31\u60f3\u8d77\u4e86\u548c\u6211\u5988\u5988\u7684\u7f8e\u597d\u56de\u5fc6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u63a5\u7740\u6211\u6765\u8bf4\u8bf4\u6211\u7238\u7238\u5bb6\u7684\u83dc- Gumbo\u6c64\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6c64\u662f\u6765\u81ea\u8def\u6613\u65af\u5b89\u90a3\u5dde\uff0c\u662f\u5f53\u65f6\u7684\u5974\u96b6\u53d1\u660e\u7684\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4e86\u89e3Gumbo\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u8def\u6613\u65af\u5b89\u90a3\u5dde\u83dc\u7684\u6750\u6599\u3001\u505a\u6cd5\u3001\u548c\u5403\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f60\u8981\u8ba4\u8bc6\u4e00\u4e9b\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u3002\u4e0d\u50cf\u5176\u4ed6\u5dde\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u8def\u6613\u65af\u5b89\u90a3\u5dde\u4e0d\u662f\u82f1\u56fd\u7684\u6b96\u6c11\u5730\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6cd5\u56fd\u7684\u3002\u52a0\u4e0a\uff0c\u6765\u81ea\u975e\u6d32\u7684\u5974\u96b6\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u5e38\u5e38\u4e00\u8d77\u4ea4\u6362\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5Gumbo\u6c64\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u6709\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u4e0d\u4e00\u6837\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002 \u8fd9\u4e5f\u5bf9Gumbo\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u548c\u5403\u6cd5\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-273 400\">\u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u5bb6\u5ead\u56e2\u5706\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u559dGumbo\u6c64\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u4f7f\u7528\u7279\u522b\u5927\u7684\u9505\u6765\u505a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6c64\u3002\u5728\u6211\u5bb6\uff0c\u5403\u56e2\u5706\u996d\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u548c\u5bb6\u4eba\u4e00\u8d77\u505aGumbo\u6c64\u3002\u6211\u60f3\u8d77\u6211\u4e94\u5c81\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u8ddf\u6211\u7238\u7238\u3001\u7237\u7237\u3001\u5976\u5976\u3001\u53d4\u53d4\u90fd\u5728\u53a8\u623f\u91cc\uff0c\u4e00\u8fb9\u505a\uff0c\u4e00\u8fb9\u7b11\u7740\u804a\u5929\u3002 \u6211\u5f88\u5c0f\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u8fd8\u8ba9\u6211\u5e2e\u5fd9\u628a\u79cb\u8475\u3001\u867e\u3001\u7c73\u996d\u7b49\u653e\u5728\u9505\u91cc\u6405\u62cc\u4e00\u4e0b\u3002\u6211\u5f88\u73cd\u60dc\u6211\u548c\u5bb6\u4eba\u4e00\u8d77\u505a\u6c64\u7684\u56de\u5fc6\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u5176\u5b9e\u8fd8\u6ca1\u559d\u8fc7Gumbo\u3002\u6211\u662f\u4e2a\u5f88\u6311\u98df\u7684\u5c0f\u5b69\uff0c\u5b81\u53ef\u997f\u7740\u4e0a\u5e8a\u7761\u89c9\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u8981\u5403\u6211\u4e0d\u559c\u6b22\u5403\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u6211\u7237\u7237\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f4f\u5f97\u66f4\u8fdc\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4ed6\u4e5f\u53d8\u8001\u4e86\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u5e38\u5e38\u505aGumbo\u6c64\u4e86\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u548c\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u6c64\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u5176\u5b9e\u6697\u793a\u7740\u6211\u8ddf\u6211\u7236\u6bcd\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u6837\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5f88\u8fdc\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u611f\u89c9\u8ddf\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5f88\u4eb2\u8fd1\u3002\u6211\u559d\u8fc7\u3001\u4e5f\u505a\u8fc7\u597d\u51e0\u6b21\u571f\u8033\u5176\u8611\u83c7\u6c64\uff0c\u4f55\u51b5\uff0c\u6211\u5e38\u5e38\u542c\u5230\u571f\u8033\u5176\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8def\u6613\u65af\u5b89\u90a3\u5dde\u4e0d\u8fdc\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u8fd8\u6ca1\u559d\u8fc7Gumbo\u6c64\u3002\u8fd8\u6709\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6211\u4ee5\u524d\u505a\u8fc7\uff0c\u4f46\u73b0\u5728\u4e0d\u5e38\u5e38\u505a\u4e86\uff0c\u6211\u8ddf\u6211\u7238\u7238\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\u611f\u89c9\u4e0d\u90a3\u4e48\u4eb2\u8fd1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u6211\u5b9e\u5728\u662f\u540e\u6094\u6211\u5c0f\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u6ca1\u559d\u8fc7Gumbo\u6c64\uff0c\u4e5f\u540e\u6094\u6ca1\u591a\u4e86\u89e3\u6211\u7238\u7238\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\u3002\u5e78\u8fd0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u7684\u4e86\u89e3\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u6210\u4e0d\u53d8\u3002\u73b0\u5728\u6211\u5f00\u59cb\u591a\u5b66\u4e60\u8def\u6613\u65af\u5b89\u90a3\u5dde\u7684\u6587\u5316\u3001\u5386\u53f2\u3001\u98df\u7269\u7b49\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u4e86\u89e3\u6211\u7238\u7238\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5c1d\u4e00\u5c1d\u4e00\u4e9b\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u8def\u6613\u65af\u5b89\u90a3\u5dde\u83dc\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u6211\u8fd8\u62d2\u7edd\u559dGumbo\u6c64\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u6211\u62d2\u7edd\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u6311\u98df\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u662f\u8ddf\u5bb6\u4eba\u4e00\u8d77\u505a\u7684\u6c64\uff0c\u6211\u5c31\u4e0d\u4f1a\u559d\u3002\u6211\u8981\u518d\u8ddf\u6211\u5bb6\u4eba\u5728\u53a8\u623f\u91cc\uff0c\u4e00\u8fb9\u7b11\u7740\u804a\u5929\uff0c\u4e00\u8fb9\u559d\u6211\u7237\u7237\u505a\u7684Gumbo\u6c64\uff0c\u50cf\u8fd9\u6837\u4e2a\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u56de\u5fc6\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u6709\u4e00\u5929\u6211\u7684\u613f\u671b\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u6700\u540e\u6211\u8981\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ee5\u524d\u6211\u4e0d\u5728\u4e4e\u6211\u7238\u7238\u7684Gumbo\u6c64\uff0c\u53ea\u5728\u4e4e\u6211\u5988\u5988\u7684\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6c64\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u6539\u53d8\u4e86\u6211\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u3002\u81f3\u4e8e\u4f60\u4eec\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7684\u5bb6\u6709\u4e00\u9053\u4e16\u4ee3\u6d41\u4f20\u7684\u83dc\uff0c\u6211\u89c9\u5f97\u4f60\u5e94\u8be5\u5c1d\u4e00\u5c1d\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u4f60\u559c\u6b22\u8fd9\u9053\u83dc\u7684\u5473\u9053\u8fd8\u662f\u5916\u89c2\uff0c\u4f60\u90fd\u5e94\u8be5\u5403\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u7559\u4f60\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\u8ba4\u540c\u548c\u5386\u53f2\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7684\u5bb6\u5728\u672a\u6765\u6ca1\u6709\u4eba\u6765\u4f20\u627f\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4f20\u7edf\uff0c\u90a3\u540e\u6094\u5c31\u6765\u4e0d\u53ca\u4e86\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
