In my podcast, I talk about one of my favorite childhood singers named Selena Quintanilla, who is a Mexican-American singer that unfortunately passed away years before I was born. Though she died long before I was born, I still grew up listening to her music as if she was still alive and continuously releasing music. This is because her impact on many Mexican and Mexican American people is so deep. Her music is especially important to me because it’s something my mom, grandma and I all have in common, which is a rarity given that we had drastically different upbringings. Sometimes it is hard for me to understand where my mom is coming from, and vice versa, therefore I cherish the times we can just forget our differences and just listen to Selena’s music together.<\/p>\n

Selena\u662f\u5728\u5fb7\u5dde\u51fa\u751f\u3001\u957f\u5927\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u662f\u5979\u7684\u7236\u6bcd\u6765\u81ea\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u3002Selena\u8ddf\u5979\u7684\u5bb6\u4eba\u4e00\u8d77\u7ec4\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u53eb\u201dSelena and the Dinos\u201d\u7684\u4e50\u961f\u3002\u540e\u6765\uff0cSelena\u7684\u97f3\u4e50\u5f00\u59cb\u5728\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4eba\u4e4b\u95f4\u53d8\u5f97\u5f88\u5403\u5f97\u5f00\u3002\u5979\u751a\u81f3\u8d62\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u683c\u83b1\u7f8e\u5956\u3002\u53ef\u662f \u4ee4\u4eba\u611f\u53f9\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u57281995\u5e74\uff0cSelena\u7684\u4e8b\u4e1a\u5230\u8fbe\u5dc5\u5cf0\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2aSelena\u7684\u6b4c\u8ff7\u8c0b\u6740\u4e86\u5979\u3002<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
