These Ideas are still very up in the air……

However, For this piece, I know there will be many moments of togetherness and soloing within the trio. I am thinking about having solo moments emphasized with spot lights.

In the opening, I may want individual, single light spot lights where that is the only light shown and then in the body of the piece, the spotlights will be accompanying other lighting.

There are 5 sections of the piece:

Intro: This will include spoken word where single spotlights will add drama

full lights rise as they transition to the past section…….

PAST: Dimmer lighting to represent dark times, hard ships, heaviness

PRESENT: This section is a bit of an awakening, The dim lighting will gradually rise and then become chaotic in a way?

this will transition into the future, there is a bit of realization happening here so the chaotic lighting will simmer down, spot light moments may be reintroduced…….

FUTURE: calm spotlight moments, but lighting begins to rise

Finale: Lighting is now up and full and bright.

I also want there to be color shifts from beginning to end but I am not all too sure about that yet!
