These Ideas are still very up in the air……<\/p>\n
However, For this piece, I know there will be many moments of togetherness and soloing within the trio. I am thinking about having solo moments emphasized with spot lights.<\/p>\n
In the opening, I may want individual, single light spot lights where that is the only light shown and then in the body of the piece, the spotlights will be accompanying other lighting.<\/p>\n
There are 5 sections of the piece:<\/p>\n
Intro: This will include spoken word where single spotlights will add drama<\/p>\n
full lights rise as they transition to the past section…….<\/p>\n
PAST: Dimmer lighting to represent dark times, hard ships, heaviness<\/p>\n
PRESENT: This section is a bit of an awakening, The dim lighting will gradually rise and then become chaotic in a way?<\/p>\n
this will transition into the future, there is a bit of realization happening here so the chaotic lighting will simmer down, spot light moments may be reintroduced…….<\/p>\n
FUTURE: calm spotlight moments, but lighting begins to rise<\/p>\n
Finale: Lighting is now up and full and bright.<\/p>\n
