In the video, we used a SQL statement to select open, city-owned parcels that were zoned for residential use or for industrial use. However, industrial-zoned parcels might not be the best place to plant a community garden, as a parcel that was once used for industrial purposes might have lingering contaminants that make the soil unsafe for gardening. Additionally, some of the parcels we selected were too small to be an effective community garden. So, in the activity below, construct a SQL statement to select parcels that meet both of the following criteria:
- Zoned for residential use
- Greater than 1/2 acre in size
