In the <strong>Normal<\/strong> view, you can move, delete, duplicate, and add slides.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Use the scroll bar to find the PowerPoint slide you want to edit.<\/li>\n<li>Under the <strong>View <\/strong>tab, click the <strong>Slide Sorter <\/strong>view.<\/li>\n<li>You can now view all the slides in your presentation. You can also move, delete, duplicate and add slides from this view.<\/li>\n<li>Use the slider at the bottom of the page to adjust the size of the slides.<\/li>\n<li>You can even move slides between slideshows. Next, click <strong>Record Slide Show.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You will be taken to the record page. You can end the session by clicking the X button in the upper left corner.<\/li>\n<li>You can advance to the next slide by clicking the arrows at the bottom of the screen or using the arrow keys on your keyboard.<\/li>\n<li>Use the large red button at the top of the page to start recording. You can use the pause icon to pause your recording and click the red button again to finish.<\/li>\n<li>If you need to re-record, click the trash can icon to delete your recording for that slide.<\/li>\n<li>Once you finish your recording, audio icons will appear in the corner of all slides with recorded audio. In this case you can save your presentation as usual, then open it in Keynote.<\/li>\n<li>In Keynote, select\u00a0<strong>File &gt; Export To &gt; Movie.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In the\u00a0<strong>Export Your Presentation\u00a0<\/strong>window use the following settings:\u00a0<strong>Go to next slide after:\u00a0<\/strong>0 seconds,\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Go to Next Build after:<\/strong>\u00a00 seconds,\u00a0<strong>Resolution:\u00a0<\/strong>1080p.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Next\u00a0<\/strong>and then click\u00a0<strong>Export.<\/strong> A MP4 video file will be saved to your computer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Inserting Online Video into Your Recorded PowerPoint Slide Show<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open QuickTime and select <strong>File &gt; New Screen Recording. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Stop Recording button will appear at the top right of your screen.<\/li>\n<li>The Screen Recording window will open. Click the arrow next to the red record button the select your audio source.<\/li>\n<li>Click the red button to record.
