This book is extremely interesting. It talks about where to eat sushi, how to eat sushi, how to make sushi, different types of sushi, etc. The history of sushi surprised me. Read to find out why! Because there are a lot of different types of sushi and ingredients, the vocabulary was a little bit hard. Also, there were a lot of kanji. Please have a dictionary nearby!
