Communication between Interns and NWHM Education staff will be conducted via telephone, email, and video conferencing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The National Women&#8217;s History Museum seeks a\u00a0highly motivated, creative,\u00a0and\u00a0detail-oriented\u00a0intern to assist with a variety of\u00a0museum education programming- and communications-related\u00a0tasks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to\u00a0inquiries from researchers and students.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct outreach to potential partner organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare\u00a0content for social media, blog, newsletters, and the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current\u00a0or recent\u00a0upper-level\u00a0undergraduate or graduate student\u00a0in\u00a0communications, journalism, marketing,\u00a0public relations,\u00a0museum studies, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills as well as the ability to multitask.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using\u00a0Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Publisher, or other graphic design\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 program.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to\u00a0conduct verifiable\u00a0online research.<\/li>\n<li>Motivated to work independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The internship will run between June 3<sup>rd<\/sup>-August 14<sup>th<\/sup>,\u00a02020.
