This is a photo of one of our lightning round interview sessions at the Pool House in Springfield. In this process, we tag-team one interview using our Interviewing Soft Skills and Hard Skills that we’ve been practicing all semester. As a team, we invite a group of people to participate in an hour long interview in which we ask questions developed via our interview protocol and record using a handheld device. The other member of the interviewing duo takes notes and asks follow-up questions, while keeping track of time. This particular interview session was energizing and dynamic–go team!
