\u00a0Over the course of our three year project, our research team took on several action projects to address what we were hearing in our research. We published a series of resource guides for young adults, educators, and counselors in Springfield, launched an Instagram campaign directed toward youth and young adults in Springfield, and piloted the Springfield Fellowship for Young Leaders, a cohort experience for young adults wanting to build their networks and explore their goals.<\/span><\/h3>\n
