She received her degree in history with a minor in government. Her research interests include Holocaust Studies, Jewish History and Contemporary Identity, Psychoanalytic Theory, Gender and Sexuality, Trauma and Memory Studies, Women\u2019s Intellectual &amp; Cultural History, and Critical Theory. Her work is primarily concentrated on women, children, and the historical contingency of \u2018innocence.\u2019 Sierra is currently living in Philadelphia where she heads a philosophy reading group and is happily working as a barista.
