Hannah Phelps is a senior at Smith College majoring in Government and The Study of Women & Gender. As an editorial fellow at Ms. Magazine, she has focused on stories regarding global feminist news, international law, and education. On campus, she is also an editor for Voices and Visions, a journal publishing women’s stories from around the world.
