Tallulah Costa is a member of the Smith College class of 2025. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to learn at Smith and pursue the study of women & gender, government, and leadership (her major is undeclared). Tallulah is especially passionate about reproductive justice, constitutional law, and the protection of civil rights and liberties. She hopes to create positive change by working on legislative policy that centers the experiences of women and other marginalized groups.
