In this 1983 essay, delivered as a speech at the 65th SSW Anniversary, Dean Ann Hartman, M.S.S. 1954, examined assumptions and implications with regard to world view and epistemologies. She offered the claim by\u00a0Carol Gilligan in her book, In A Different Voice <\/em>that women have a different way of thinking than men and asked what the implications are of that insight.<\/p>\n
