Jennifer Kennedy has worked at Smith College since August 2018 as the Administrative
Assistant at the Conway Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (Conway) and the Design
Thinking Initiative (DTI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jennifer has been a member of Staff Council since June 2023 and in 2023-24 was a member of
the Communications Committee and the Ad Hoc Committee to Reconsider Renaming Wilder
House. In 2024-25, she is the Vice Chair of Staff Council, part of the Membership & Recruitment
Committee, and the Ad Hoc Committee to Address Concerns Regarding Commemorations in
the Name of L. Clarke Seelye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interacting with colleagues from across campus, especially those whose paths may not have
crossed, is one of the things Jennifer enjoys most about Staff Council. Staff Council brings folks
together through many social opportunities but also listens to the concerns that staff members
have and works to connect with those on campus who can drive change and continue to make
Smith a great place to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys working on puzzles and reading with her two kids, crafting,
