In response to the growing demands of urbanization, the Kestrel Land Trust worked with students in John Loveless’ GEO 150 –\u00a0 Rachel Moskowitz, Zo\u00eb Cassandra, and Maddie Vincent, to produce a map that would help them address issues of food access in Chicopee, MA. By comparing matters of geographic and societal accessibility to primary farmlands, the Storymap works to highlight areas in critical need of food access:<\/p>\n
