五月……

May……

Translated by Izabelle Brande

It’s been a long time since I’ve last been here
Innocent wooden horses
Pale Cape Jasmine
Beautiful dulcet songs
Whenever I touch them
I’m put at such ease
Happy to switch it on
And quietly watch in awe

May
Such a beautiful time
Once, the most anticipated day
Once, because it was so beautiful
And yet I don’t know
If the anticipation I feel now is the same
Time has always been able to beat humanity with ease
Where even the strongest of wills can’t match-up
We’re simply
A tiny cog in the wheel of time
Endlessly turning…
Tomorrow’s story is mine
And the seasons’ beauties are mine
Don’t just look at the sky in your pocket
Be happy
Be willful
Grow up…
