Students are trickling onto the Smith campus, and we are excited to resume our Water Inquiry meetings in September. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Inquiry Inc. characters spent the summer relaxing after their hard work saving ducklings in our<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.smith.edu\/blog\/waterinquiry\/files\/2017\/04\/Inquiry-Inc.-and-the-Case-of-the-Missing-Ducklings.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> first interactive storybook<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and are ready for their next adventure; this fall, they will set to work solving a brand-new water problem, and we can\u2019t wait to share their happenings with you!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The summer months allowed us to give the Water Inquiry website some \u201cTLC.\u201d We hope that you will investigate our updated resources, including:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.smith.edu\/blog\/waterinquiry\/introduction\/\">\u201cAbout\u201d page<\/a>\u00a0featuring teachers&#8217; and children&#8217;s insights about &#8220;Why Water?&#8221; and how we work to improve ideas. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.smith.edu\/blog\/waterinquiry\/interactive-stories\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cInteractive Stories\u201d<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> page comprising a slideshow of local classrooms piloting our interactive story (see below);\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">followed by downloadable PDF&#8217;s of\u00a0<i>Inquiry Inc. and the Case of the Missing Ducklings\u00a0<\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.smith.edu\/blog\/waterinquiry\/files\/2017\/04\/Inquiry-Inc.-and-the-Case-of-the-Missing-Ducklings.pdf\">illustrated story<\/a><i>\u00a0<\/i>and <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.smith.edu\/blog\/waterinquiry\/files\/2017\/04\/Educator-Toolkit-Inquiry-Inc-and-the-Case-of-the-Missing-Ducklings.pdf\">Educator Toolkit<\/a>; a link to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.storyjumper.com\/book\/index\/42671306\/Pedro-s-Coral-Reef-Adventures\">Pedro&#8217;s Coral Reef Adventures<\/a><\/em>, a water conservation tale created by children in Belize working with Smith college students this summer; and a review of literature that informs our storytelling work.\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">**Keep an eye on this page!
