The biggest change made to the proposal was taking out \u201ctotal divestment\u201d from the list. Some other small changes were made (changing the moratorium on classes from two days to one, making the teach-in \u201crequired\u201d rather than \u201cmandatory,\u201d etc.) Although some protesters felt like they were compromising too much, there was a lot of support for the revised proposal when a vote was held.
