In it, she addressed each of the 18 grievances, noting that they were \u201clargely long-standing complaints which have been brought to the attention of the administration before.\u201d President Dunn disagreed with the complaints about the affirmative action hiring process and emphasized the initiatives the College was already taking to address many of the other racial issues on campus.
