This image shows a blackout poetry piece created on page 7 of Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein”. The first paragraph of the page is predominantly drawn over with black sharpie, with select words and phrases left uncovered, creating a new poetic message. The remainder of the text has been left completely untouched.
