The Central Service Point, on the ground floor, is the first touchpoint for most Neilson visitors. It is a welcoming, highly visible, and integrated constellation of services that provides access to a range of Libraries and ITS support and connects users to resources, as well as a gateway to making, sharing, and experiencing knowledge throughout Neilson.

Neilson Library: Digital Media Hub
The Digital Media Hub is a series of visible, dynamic, innovative, interconnected, and interdisciplinary technology spaces on the ground floor of Neilson Library and in the Knowledge Lab on the second floor of Alumnae Gym. Equipment and training provide an opportunity to explore and access a range of video, audio, GIS and emerging technology resources to users with varying levels of experience and needs, for work on formal class projects as well as informal exploration.

- Work on GIS, spatial analysis, and media projects in the computer lab
