Measuring ‘Success’ in Natural Science Education – Hannah Gates ’22

Visit Measuring ‘Success’ in Natural Science Education by Hannah Gates ’22.

As a natural science educator, Hannah loves working in informal education spaces such as botanic gardens! They give instructors and students the freedom to explore curiosities and appreciate the fascinating natural phenomena all around them. Hannah wanted to explore how data can inform natural science education programs to best serve learners.

Hannah also saw this program review as an opportunity to engage her skills as a Data Analyst, which she has built over several years of data analyst work for SCMA. She sough to provide a service to the facilitators of this program. Much like a consultant!
