Cheese Wafers

1/4 lb sharp cheese

1/4 lb flour

1/4 lb butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

dash red pepper

Grate cheese – mix with soft butter & flour, add salt & pepper.

Shape into roll.

Put in refrigerator over night.

Cut in thin slices – put half almond or pecan on each wafer.

Bake delicate hour in a moderate oven.
