3 eggs

1 cup fat

6 cup flour

2 cup sugar

3 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon lemon juice of fresh lemon

1 whole nutmeg grated

Beat egg – add sugar, butter, seasonings and flour

Roll and cut with cookie cutters, bake on greased tins – 350°
