Corinna’s Cookies

Transcription

Mix together:

1 cup soft margarine or butter

1 1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

Beat all this together

Sift and stir in:

2 3/4 cups sifted flour

2 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

Add

1/2 teaspoon Almond extract

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Chill 24 hours

Roll into balls in hand – size [of] small walnut

Roll ball in mixture of:

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Place 2 in apart on ungreased pan

Bake at 400° until lightly brown – about 10 min

Decorate with cherries or nuts as soon as taken from stove
