Eggnog

Transcription

6 eggs separate

3/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup whiskey or brandy

1/2 cup rum

4 cups milk

4 cups heavy cream

nutmeg

Beat egg yolks til thick, add sugar continue beating until well blended

Slowly add whiskey & rum, then milk and cream

Beat egg whites stiff, fold into egg yolk and whiskey mixture

Grate nutmeg slightly over each glass
