White of 1 lg. egg
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup mini choc chips
Oven to 350°.
Beat egg white & salt until soft peaks form.
Beat in sugar, 1 tbsp. at a time until stiff & glossy.
Stir in nuts & chips.
Drop by teaspoons onto foil lined cookie sheets.
Place in oven, close door, turn oven off, do not open door.
Leave in oven overnight.
Store in airtight can.
Makes 2 1/2 doz. cookies.
