Cheese Shouflée

Transcription

4 tbsp. butter

4 tbsp. flour

1 c. milk heated

3/4 tsp. salt & pepper

1 c. grated cheese

3 egg yolks

3 egg whites

Melt butter, add flour, blend.

Add milk, stir & cook until smooth.

Add cheese and beaten eggs also beaten whites.

Bake in pan (buttered) which has been placed in pan of hot water until it rises (400°) then lower temperature to 300° bake 30 or 40 minutes.
