1/2 lb butter
4 teasp XXXX sugar
2 1/2 cup flour
4 teasp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Cream butter & sugar.
Add flour – mix well with hands, add vanilla & nuts.
Roll between hands into crescent shapes, bake in moderate oven until light brown – as soon as taken from oven roll in powdered sugar.
