French Chocolate Silk Pie

Transcription

Cream one stick of butter with 3/4 cup sugar until mixture is light & fluffy.

Add 2 squares unsweetened melted cooking chocolate & 1 tsp. vanilla.

Beat until smooth.

Add two eggs, one at a time, beating 3 mins. after each addition.

Pour into baked 8 in pie shell.

Chill at least 3 hrs.

Just before serving spread it thickly with sweetened whipped cream.

Sprinkle with shavings of white chocolate.
