Grape Preserve

1 Basket grapes – 3 lbs Tokay grapes

1 pound seeded raisins

2 oranges

1 lb English walnuts

Pick, wash & pulp the grapes, take out seeds, put all on to boil.

Peel the oranges, grind the peel, & use only the meat or pulp of each section of orange.

Grind or chop the nuts to about the size of grape seeds.

[?] large raisins are used cut or chop.

Mix together using the grape skins as well.

So [for] every cup of fruit mixture allow one cup of sugar.

Boil 20 minutes.

Pour into jars or tumblers & seal.
