Grasshopper Dessert

1 envelope (4 servings) lime diet gelatine

1 c. boiling water

3/4 c. cold water

3 tablespoons green Creme de Menthe

1 envelope diet whipped topping mix, prepared

1 egg white

1 pint strawberries, sliced and sweetened to taste

Stir boiling water into gelatin mix.

Stir in cold water & creme de menthe.

Chill in ref. until syrupy.

Prepare topping mix according to package directions.

Add egg white to gelatin mix & beat ’til fluffy & double in volume.

Fold in mix.

Spoon into 8 footed cockatiel glasses & chill until firm.

Top with fruit when ready to serve.
