Pepper Relish

12 green peppers

12 red peppers

12 onions (ground)

1 qt. vinegar

2 cups sugar

1 T. dry mustard

3 T. seed mustard

2 T. celery seed

1 T. salt

Pour boiling water over pepper after grinding – drain at once.

Add other ingredients to peppers & onions.

Cook until done – about 30 mins.
