Slaw Dressing

Transcription

1 c. vinegar, lump butter – boil

2 eggs well beaten

Mix well:

4 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. flour

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper

Add to eggs – pour vinegar over this

Add slowly 1 c. milk

Cook until thickens

Add celery seed to taste
