1 3/4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
yolks of 1-2 eggs
1 Tablespoon melted butter
Mix & sift dry ingredients, add milk gradually & the yolks of the eggs well beaten
add butter & whites of eggs beaten stiff.
