Rock Walls

Stonewalls, Unattributed

Scattered throughout the forest rock walls at MacLeish tell a story of the landscapes past. Initially constructed to guide sheep, these walls cross through forests in even, steady lines. While their rounded boulders have been weathered by moss and snow, hikers in these woods can count on the walls to guide them back to the main road.
