The Plague Geography project aims to catalog and map samples of Y. pestis discovered in archeological digs around Europe. Through this project, we will create an interactive map that helps readers understand the leading historical theories around spread and evolution of the disease, along with how historians and scientists are working to uncover evidence of plague epi/pandemics thorughout history.
