Tadoku Tree House has been developed with a strong belief in inclusive education pedagogy. Utilizing Tadoku books created by learners has the potential to significantly promote the acknowledgment and understanding of the diversity of Japanese language use among Japanese language learners. It will also encourage students to recognize the diverse population of Japanese learners and their language use for themselves, which will lead to a more empowering learning experience.
This website contains plenty of Tadoku books for your students. Please feel free to use them for your class or assignments for extensive reading practice under the creative commons license 4.0. We would love to hear thoughts and comments from your students, so please encourage them to leave short comments (in any language they wish) after reading.
