Smith hosts colloquium on South African apartheid

NSA (National Student Association) sponsored a series of events on Smith’s campus calling for outside action against apartheid in South Africa. The events, which were open to the public free of charge, included the screening of the movie “Come Back, Africa”, talks from the acting director of Howard University’s African Studies Program and from a member of the State Department Advisory Council on Africa, and a performance from the Zulu Dance and Music Company.
