Black Experience Week in the consortium
Highlighted by a visit from keynote speaker Dr. William Grier, the five colleges hosted a “Black Experience” week. Dr. Grier co-authored a book, Black Rage, on the psychological effects of being black in white America, and was said to have “much to offer that is relevant to the problems troubling so many campuses today.”
