Professor Dunn offers to form task force with Black Students’ Alliance (BSA)
In a memo directly to the members of the Black Students’ Alliance (BSA), President Dunn said she would ask Assistant Dean of Minority Affairs Marjorie Richardson and Dean of the College Ann Burger to form a task force in January to recommend policy changes. This was to address the concerns the BSA had expressed about racial harassment at Smith. The task force would be comprised of members of the BSA and Smith faculty and would seek to determine what policies Smith students wanted to implement.
