Shellhammer v. Lewallen No. C 82-689 (W.D. Ohio, Nov. 22, 1983)

A trial court in the Western District of Ohio was the first federal court to consider sexual harassment in housing under the Fair Housing Act in the case of Shellhammer v. Lewallen, No. C 82-689 (W.D. Ohio, Nov. 22, 1983), affirmed 70 F. 2d 167 (6th. Cir. 1985).
