Diversity a consideration in Smith presidential search
The presidential search committee placed advertisements in higher education journals such as Black Issues on Higher Education and Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education as they gathered a wide pool of candidates. One of the student concerns about who would assume President Dunn’s position was that the new president keep working toward increasing diversity and equity on Smith campus.
