Students created songs and skits at the end of every summer. Here is a skit from 1953 tracing students’ complicated relationship to Associate Director Annette Garrett, who was also in charge of field placements for most of her term.┬áThis job often earned her student frustration when she sent them somewhere they hadn’t expected to go You can also hear the many different way students responded to Ms. Garrett in a compilation of alumnae memories from 1993.
